How to Order

HOW TO ORDER

1. Add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
    *Items in your cart are not reserved for you until you've completed the checkout process.
2. Click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
3. Log into or sign up for your account.
4. Select your shipping method and enter your shipping address.
5. Select your payment method & make payment.
6. When you've completed the checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
7. Once your order has been dispatched to the delivery service provider, you will receive another notification email with the tracking number.

Do take time to read through our terms and conditions and FAQ before placing your order. Your purchase is a tacit agreement to our T&Cs.



PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Method Details
Credit/Debit Card

Upon successful completion, you should receive an order email confirmation from us.
Contact us immediately if you do not receive the email confirmation.

PayPal

You can also choose to pay via PayPal with your credit/debit card, including AMEX cards.
A PayPal account is not necessary. Simply choose the option "PayPal".

Upon successful completion, you should receive 2 email confirmations:
1) Order confirmation from ALYSSANDRA
2) Payment confirmation from PayPal
Contact us immediately if you do not receive both email confirmations.

Bank Transfer
(SG customers only)
We accept PayNow, internet bank transfers and ATM transfers to DBS/OCBC/UOB Singapore bank accounts.

Reply to the order confirmation email with the requested payment details. Payments will be verified within 24 hours. Order will be cancelled if payment is not received after 24 hours.




ORDER STATUS

You can view your order status by logging into your account.

Order Status What it means
Awaiting Payment Your order requires payment within 24 hours to be completed.
Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received after 24 hours.
Awaiting Fulfillment Your order and payment have been received successfully.
We will prepare your order to be dispatched within 2 working days.
Awaiting Shipment Your order and payment for the backorder have been received successfully.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days upon the arrival of the backorder.
The backorder status and estimated arrival date will be updated on the respective product page.
Shipped Your order has been dispatched to the delivery service provider.
You will receive a tracking number if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
