EXCHANGE/RETURN FOR SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS


We want you to be truly satisfied with your shopping experience with us.

If your purchase does not fit well, or you do not like the design, simply contact us
with your request for exchange within 10 working days from the date of mailing.


You have the following options:
1) Exchange for another size of the same design, subject to availability
2) Return the item for issuance of store credits
Store credits issued will be the value of the item in your order, less any applicable restocking fee* or discount.
There is no expiry date for the store credits.


How to Return
1. Email us your request for exchange within 10 working days from the date of mailing.
2. Check that item is brand new, unworn and unwashed, with its tag intact in original packaging.
3. Contact us for the mailing address.
Indicate your name, return address and order number on the return mail. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our office, hence we recommend you return via registered mail.
Customers will bear the return shipping cost.
4. Once we receive your return package, we will process the return within 2 working days and inform you via email.


Terms & Conditions

* First exchange per item is free. A S$3 restocking fee per item will be charged for subsequent exchanges, including the case where the item is purchased using store credits issued from a previous return. The restocking fee is to cover the additional postage and admin costs involved in multiple-time returns/exchanges.
- Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
- Earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
- The following terms apply to returns on qualifying orders used to obtain ALY Platinum membership:
If the net order value after any returns is below S$100, your membership will be reversed and the store credits issued will be in terms of the original price, less any applicable discount.
- Exchange/returns outside the eligible timeframe will not be entertained.

You can return the item for issuance of store credits.
Store credits issued will be the value of the item in your order, less any applicable restocking fee* or discount.

Customers will bear the return shipping cost.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM


We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.
In the unlikely event that you've received an unsatisfactory product, please contact us with your order number, product name and brief description of defect/error, within 10 working days (for Singapore customers) / 20 working days (for international customers) from the date of mailing.

We will send you a new replacement piece, no questions asked.
If the design is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund via store credits.

Terms & Conditions
- Returns are accepted only for defective items that are unworn and unwashed. A picture of the defect may be requested.
- Returns are not accepted for damages caused by mishandling of garment after washing. Refer to our Laundry Care section on how best to keep your apparel in prime condition.
- There may be 0.5 - 0.8 inch difference from the single-side measurements provided due to the mass production process. Such variances in measurement will not be considered as defects.
- Refund issued via store credits will be the value of the item in your order less any applicable discount. Shipping cost is not refundable.




Alyssandra reserves all rights to turn down exchanges and returns that do not fulfill the stated terms and conditions.
